FIVE DAY CERTIFICATION PROGRAM WITH MICHAEL SCHOLES

Spend five days of exploration into the art and science of aromatherapy with leading aromatherapist Michael Scholes. Michael has presented aromatherapy classes to over 10,000 students and has presented over 5,000 hours of teaching since 1989. This advanced program goes beyond the normal curriculum in aromatherapy and will assist each student to integrate recent research and understanding from years of personal experience and practical application.

The course is predominantly a blending course that will review 140 essential oils, 20 absolutes, 20 carrier oils and 20 hydrosols/floral waters in detail. In addition, many rare and precious essential oils, absolutes and oleoresins will be sampled from plants whose oils are extraction from different extraction methods. You will learn how to blend safely and effectively and apply specific essential oil blends in massage, skin and hair care

In addition, you will learn how to understand the subtle application of natural fragrance for emotions and spiritual application through the chakras and specific points on the body. This course will be presented in a fun, informative and interactive manner. Each student will leave feeling inspired and with an understanding in the safe and effective use of essential oils in treatments and first aid. Additionally, each student will have grasped the importance of how essential oils are a vital part in restoring the health and well being of the physical, emotional and spiritual self.

All students both new and experienced in aromatherapy are welcome to join this program.

Pre-requirements are completion of the Beyond Scents Home Study Course. The cost of this program is $195.00 (regularly $250.00).

A 100-hour certificate will be presented on completion of a multiple-choice exam that will be taken at home.
